Meet Our Director
Hi! I am Alex, the center director for HighPointe Academy in Castle Rock. I have a background in the hospitality industry, but my passion for caring for children led me to this field over six years ago. Since then, I’ve dedicated myself to nurturing young minds and supporting families in their journey.
I remain active in the community through local volunteer work, such as cleaning up neighborhoods, making meals for police officers and firefighters, and helping out at local middle and high schools.
Originally from Venezuela, I moved to Houston, Texas when I was 19. My hobbies include exploring different cultures and travel experiences through food and road trips with my family. I’m married and have four wonderful children. Children are a gift, and they keep the days exciting with their unique personalities and finding joy all around them. I am so blessed to work in this field and support parents in this journey.
